This work was a commission from a Mum for her Daughter and Son-in-Law as a present for their first wedding anniversary.
She wanted something truly personal and unique that had a contemporary, slightly quirky feel, so I came up with this; a mixed media piece combining fine art with collage and image transfer techniques.
The customer wanted to incorporate words from the couple's first dance song at their wedding, so I printed off the lyrics and cut and pasted the various sentences and phrases strategically on the clothing.
